Password Hint

Have you ever forgotten your password? It's okay – we've all done it, whether it's for our bank accounts or for a simple news website. However, you can save yourself the trouble of ever forgetting your Rebelmail password by setting up a Password Hint! Once you have created a Password Hint, all you have to worry about remembering is where you were born or what your pet's name is, and you'll be able to reset your password day or night without a problem.

Setup Your Password Hint
To change your password hint, follow these steps:

1. Log into account management.
2. Click Change Password Hint.
3. Select one question below and enter your answer in the box to the right.
4. Click Submit.

Retrieve Your Password
To retrieve your password, follow these steps:

1. Log into account management.
2. Click Forgot your password?.
   ** If you do NOT have a password hint setup, please contact your campus helpdesk.
3. Enter in your login name.
4. Enter in your Student ID# (L#).
5. Enter in your Date of Birth.
6. Click Submit.
7. Enter your answer to the password hint question.
8. Enter your new password and Re-enter your new password fields, Enter your new password.
9. NOTE: Passwords must follow these rules:
   * must be at least six characters in length
   * must contain at least one non-lowercase character
   * cannot contain all numbers
   * cannot contain all upper- or lower-case characters
   * cannot be based on your name
10. Click Submit.
