Activate Your Account

To activate your account, follow four easy steps:

1. Activate your account here. This link will lead you to a page that is owned by the Nevada System of Higher Education's System Computing Services, the institution responsible for maintaining all Nevada higher-education student e-mail accounts.
   
   
2. Enter your SSN or Student ID date of birth to activate your account.
   • For the SSN or Student ID field, enter your nine digit social security number without hyphens, dashes, or spaces. For example: 554-33-5555 = 554335555. Or enter your Student ID number and include the L. For example: L123456789.
   • For the DOB field, enter your date of birth using the following format, MMDDYYYY. For example, April 7, 1972 = 04071972
     
     
3. Click Submit. Once you have activated your account, the next page will display your login and full email address.
   
   
4. Enter your new password. It must:
   • Be at least six characters in length
   • Contain both upper and lower case letters (StUDeNt)
   • Contain a mix of letters and numbers (T3ach3r)
   • Not be based on your name
